Orders can be placed directly on our website using the “Add to Cart” and checkout process. Ensure all personal and payment information is accurate. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.
We accept credit cards and PayPal. Approved trade customers may have special terms. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Delivery outside South Australia depends on the size and shape of the package:
- Small, regular-shaped items can be shipped outside South Australia.
- Large, irregular-shaped items cannot be shipped outside South Australia.
Currently, national delivery for large or irregular items is limited to South Australia.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery typically within 10 working days; some locations may receive next-day delivery.
- Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery. AP AUTO PARTS is not liable for courier delays or incorrect addresses.
- Notify us within 48 hours of the invoice date and obtain prior authorization.
- Include the original or copy of the invoice.
- Items must be undamaged and in original packaging. Painted, special or interstate orders are non-returnable.
- Returns within 14 days incur no restocking fee; returns between 15–30 days may incur up to 20%.
Our warranty depends on purchase type:

Suspension parts follow the same coverage. Warranty applies to defective products only. Labour, freight, and consequential costs are excluded.
Report defective products within 7 days with supporting evidence. Parts must be installed by a licensed tradesperson; otherwise, warranty is void. Eligible products will be replaced, exchanged, or credited.
Our products are designed for vehicles in original factory condition. Compatibility with modified vehicles is not guaranteed. AP AUTO PARTS is not liable for losses arising from use on modified vehicles.
We collect and use personal information solely to process orders, provide services, and improve your experience. Your data is securely stored and never sold or rented.
- Legal title remains with AP AUTO PARTS until full payment is received.
- Online pricing applies only to online purchases.
- Overdue trade accounts incur 12% p.a. interest.
Standard promotions (e.g., coupon codes) typically apply to orders under $500 unless otherwise stated. Exceptions will be detailed in promotional materials.
